Getting this Cinco de Mayo party started with perfectly-portioned, 7-layer BEAN dips.
Chips and dips are one of the main components of a delicious cinco de Mayo spread. And let’s be honest, it can be seriously addicting and easy to overdo it before the main event. Making your dips single serve is one easy way to keep portions in check.
This dip is packed with a cacophony of flavors and nutrition – each bite is a party!
Made with heart-healthy guac, spicy salsa and high protein Greek yogurt instead of sour cream. It’s the perfect accompaniment to your grain-free or bean chips and sliced veggies.
For the main component of this dip, I’ve used Better Bean, which is one of my favorite ways to enjoy beans. They come in delicious flavors like southwestern, chipotle & Cuban so you can personalize each dip to your guest’s liking. Each is cooked in small batches with spices and veggies, with no artificial-anything!
