I shared vegan Moroccan empanadas by Sweet Earth, which is a company that makes delicious plant-based products. It’s made with chickpeas and vegetables, with a flakey crust – you can find it in the freezer section of our local Harris Teeter, Publix and Whole Foods. It’s a great option for those looking to limit their meat intake – which is good for our health and the planet – it drastically eliminates the amount of greenhouse gases emitted and the gallons of water used to produce meat.
Apple cider vinegar has been linked to a slew of health benefits from digestion to blood sugar regulation. Besides adding it to salad dressings, another way to incorporate it is in shots.
