After learning from both Nobel Laureates at the University of California, Berkeley, the top public university in the country, and Ivy League professors at Columbia University, Mia acquired cutting-edge nutritional knowledge and an ability to translate the latest research to the public. Mia earned a Master of Science in Human Nutrition from the Institute of Human Nutrition at Columbia University’s College of Physicians and Surgeons, a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science Physiology and Metabolism from the University of California, Berkeley and completed over 1000 hours of supervised practice in clinical and community nutrition before earning her Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential.
