SO excited about my first successful batch of homemade kombucha. Like fermented vegetables, kombucha contains probiotics that help balance our intestinal microflora to normalize processes in the gut and boost immunity. It also provides an array of enzymes and organic acids that aid digestion and absorption of nutrients with greater ease.
