Guide to: Winter Produce

January 29, 2015

Keeping cozy in the winter extends beyond heated blankets and mugs of tea. Enhanced flavor & nutrition coupled with affordability is associated with eating in season. Winter is all about warming produce, those that take longer to digest thus helping to regulate body temperature. Missing the plethora of produce that summer brings but good thing citrus is my absolute favorite!
