Ingredients
- 4 oz. ground American lamb
- 1/3 cup plain nonfat Greek yogur
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint
- 1/4 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup cup cucumber, sliced and cut in half
- pinch of cloves, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper

Instructions
- Cook lamb through in a skillet over medium heat with nonstick coking oil spray. Stir in spices at the end and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, stir together yogurt, mint and pepper to taste.
- Add lamb to the jar and top with yogurt mixture, tomatoes & cucumber.
