Instructions
  1. Cook lamb through in a skillet over medium heat with nonstick coking oil spray. Stir in spices at the end and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, stir together yogurt, mint and pepper to taste.
  3. Add lamb to the jar and top with yogurt mixture, tomatoes & cucumber.
