2-Ingredient Bagels

2-ingredient BAGELS made with flour and Greek yogurt! These get fluffy and taste straight out of a bakery. Topped mine with EBTB seasoning from Trader Joe’s. Tag me on Instagram if you make these!

  • 2 cups self-rising flour?
  • 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt?

  • 2 cups self-rising flour?
  • 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt?
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.?
  2. Combine flour & Greek yogurt in a mixing bowl using a spatula until combined into a sticky ball then knead dough using a mixer or your hands.?
  3. Divide dough into 6 equal-sized bagels and place on a pre-greased baking sheet. Brush with 1 whisked egg (optional but make them golden on top) and top with seasoning of choice.?
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes until fluffy, then increase temp to 500 F and bake for another 3-4 min or until tops are golden. ?
