Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.?
- Combine flour & Greek yogurt in a mixing bowl using a spatula until combined into a sticky ball then knead dough using a mixer or your hands.?
- Divide dough into 6 equal-sized bagels and place on a pre-greased baking sheet. Brush with 1 whisked egg (optional but make them golden on top) and top with seasoning of choice.?
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until fluffy, then increase temp to 500 F and bake for another 3-4 min or until tops are golden. ?
