Viral Salmon Rice Bowl in a Wrap
Ingredients
- 1 large nori sheet
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 3 oz. Regal New Zealand Cold Smoked Salmon
- 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/3 cup brown rice, cooked
- sesame seeds
Instructions
- Start with a large nori sheet and slice from the center to the bottom.
- Add avocado to the first quadrant.
- Add cold smoked salmon to the second quadrant. Top with sriracha and mayo.
- Add sliced cucumber to the third quadrant.
- Add brown rice and sesame seeds to the fold quadrant.
- Fold the avocado half up, then across, then down.
