Peanut Butter Chocolate Stuffed Dates

Ingredients
- 1 cup of Israeli Medjool Dates
- 1/2 cup nut butter
- 4 oz. dark chocolate, chopped
Instructions
- Place parchment paper on a lined baking sheet.
- Slice each date in half lengthwise and remove pit. Stuff with 1-2 teaspoons of nut butter and top with chocolate. Place on baking sheet. Repeat with remaining dates and freeze until set, about 1 hour.
