Everyone’s nutritional needs are different depending on your age, gender, height, weight and medical conditions, to name a few factors! This dietitian-developed meal plan and grocery list can be used as a rough guide or simply inspiration for your meals this week.
Meal PREP for one for the week of February 5-9. On this week’s Grocery list:
Veggies: cauliflower, sweet potato, zucchini, arugula
Fruit: grapefruit, avocado
Protein: eggs, chicken, black beans
Dairy: feta
Pantry: marinara, PB, oats, legume pasta, corn tortillas
