Galentine’s Day is for all women whether you’re in a relationship or single! Today I shared some delicious and festive food and drinks to celebrate the holiday with your best girlfriends.
Pink Moscow Mule
I shared ingredients for a delicious PINK Moscow mule, First you want to add 1.5 ounces of vodka and top it off with pomegranate Ginger ale to give it it’s red color. Serve them out of your copper mugs and you have an easy Galentine’s day cocktail.
Sparkling Rose
Of course every galantines day needs a little sparkling rose. I love the new translucent bottle by Santa Margherita. It’s almost too pretty to drink and I think it would make a great last minute centerpiece as well.
Easy App
Stuffed green olives are an easy five-minute appetizer for the busy hostess. I like to serve them on toothpicks. As a dietitian, I love olives because you’re getting those good heart-healthy fats.
Red Lentil Pasta
For the entrée you can serve red colored pasta – one made with red lentils! It’s higher in protein and fiber than you traditional pasta which is primarily carbohydrate heavy and most are also gluten-free. Dress that up with marina for a festive and nutritious galentines Day themed dinner.
Rose-colored cookware
You cook in style this Galentines day with ROSE-COLORED cookware. I shared the T-Fal copper ceramic non-stick frying pan on air. It’s dishwasher and oven safe and makes for a great hostess gift as well.
