It’s that time of the year, sniffle season. Keeping your immunity up isn’t so hard when you have smoothies this delicious and nutritious. I’m just wondering when it will finally start feeling like winter in California (and if it ever will?). Regardless, I’ll still be drinking my greens and warding off cold season with this vitamin-C packed concoction.
Immunity Smoothie

- 1 banana
- 2 tangerines
- handful of kale
- 1/4 cucumber
- handful of romaine
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ~1 cup water
