It’s no secret that the holidays are my favorite time of the year.
Yes, it can be feel more like a burden than a blessing if you are playing hostess but I try not to let that get to me by constantly surrounding myself with the magic of the season. This could be lights, trees, performances, parades – you name it! Today I am sharing a festive holiday punch that will be making an appearance at my holiday gatherings (and is so simple to make!).
Cranberries and rosemary are pretty much the poster ingredients of the season!
It’s an instant way to make a recipe look festive and who doesn’t love those antioxidants? When it comes to holiday drinks and cocktails, I recommend sweetening them with 100% juice instead sugar and syrups that way you are getting nutrients like vitamin C instead of pure carbohydrates.
Today’s punch was made with Natalie’s Orchid Island Juice Company orange cranberry juice. Their juices are excellent because they don’t have any added sugar or preservatives. - 1/2 bag fresh cranberries
- 1 orange, sliced into quarter moons
- 1 bunch fresh rosemary
- 5 cups Natalie's Orchid Island Juice Company Orange Cranberry Juice
- 1 bottle sparkling wine
- In a large punch bowl, stir together juice and sparkling wine. Place fresh cranberries and orange slices in the bowl
- Ladle about half a cup of punch into each glass and garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
