  • 4 Mission Avocados
  • 3 eggs, hardboiled
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced and cut in half
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced and cut in half
  • 2 oz. smoked salmon, cut into strips
  • 1/4 cup red onion, cut into slices
  • 1/4 cup bacon bits
  • fresh parsley, chopped
