6-Ingredient Pumpkin Banana Bread

6 ingredient naturally-sweetened PUMPKIN banana bread! Made with creamy pumpkin puree, oat flour and ripe bananas. This recipe screams fall! Instead of refined white flour, I used oats which are a whole grain and add fiber and energizing B vitamins to this recipe. Pumpkin and bananas add natural sweetness to this bread recipe but feel free to sweeten it up with honey, maple syrup and/or chocolate chips. Cook Time 30 mins
Total Time 50 mins
Servings 8

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup milk

Optional

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup chocoalte chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth (if adding chocolate chips fold in by hand after blending other ingredients). Pour into a pre-greased bread pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center. 
  • Allow to cool before slicing.
