- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup blanched almond flour
- 1 tbsp Comvita Manuka honey
- 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
- 1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor & blend until smooth. Transfer batter to squeeze bottle or piping bag with a small hole cut on the corner. ?
- Spray a large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray & place over medium low heat. ?
- Squeeze batter all over the pan so that you have tiny pancakes. Cook until bottoms are golden brown, about 1 minute, then flip and cook for another 30-60 seconds.?
- Serve with milk & fruit or butter & raw honey.
