5-Ingredient Customizable Apple Crisps
- 2 apples, sliced
- 1/4 cup almond flour, blanched
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp pure refined coconut oil
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Toss apples with cinnamon in a large mixing bowl and add to a pre-greased skillet. Bake for 10 minutes.?
- Crumble together almond flour, maple syrup and coconut oil with your hands and sprinkle on top of the apples. Cook for another 10 minutes. Serve with ice cream or yogurt.?
