- 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
- Add base ingredients to a food processor and process until you achieve a smooth batter.
- Spray a large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking oil spray and place over medium-high heat.
- Pour a fourth cup of the pancake batter into the skillet at a time. Wait until the bottom starts to set, about 3-5 minutes and flip. Repeat with remaining batter.
- Transfer pancakes to a serving plate and top with desired combo ingredients.
