Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp green onion, diced
- 1/3 cup black beans, cooked
- 1/3 cup black beans, cooked
- 1/3 medium avocado, sliced
- 4 oz. chicken breast
- 3 cups romaine, chopped
Marinade
- 1/4 cup Mazola Corn Oil
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Dressing:
- 1 tbsp Mazola Corn Oil
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley

Instructions
- Add chopped romaine to a serving bowl and set aside.
- Add marinade ingredients to a shallow bowl and whisk together to combine. Place chicken in the marinade and transfer to the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium high. Grill chicken on both sides for 2-3 minutes or until no longer pink in the center. Slice into strips and place in the serving bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients to the serving bowl.
- Whisk together dressing ingredients and pour over bowl ingredients
