Instructions
  1. Add chopped romaine to a serving bowl and set aside.
  2. Add marinade ingredients to a shallow bowl and whisk together to combine. Place chicken in the marinade and transfer to the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium high. Grill chicken on both sides for 2-3 minutes or until no longer pink in the center. Slice into strips and place in the serving bowl.
  4. Add remaining ingredients to the serving bowl.
  5. Whisk together dressing ingredients and pour over bowl ingredients
