? Crust/crumble topping:?
- 1/4 cup cashew butter?
- 1/3 cup coconut oil?
- 2 cups Nature's Eats cashew flour?
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar?
Filling:
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped?
- 1 tbsp Nature's Eats cashew flour?
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar?
- 2 tbsp water?

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.?
- Add crumble ingredients to a large mixing bowl & stir to combine until a crumble mixture forms. Press 2/3rds of the mixture into a pre-greased 8 x 8 baking dish and bake for 10 min. Set aside the remaining 1/3rd.?
- While crust is baking, add filling ingredients to a medium saucepan & place over medium heat. Bring to a boil and stir to combine then reduce to a simmer. Continue to simmer until it thickens. Pour strawberry mixture onto crust and sprinkle remaining crumble on top. Bake for another 25 minutes. Allow to cool before slicing into bars.?
