Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sweet potato
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp SweetLeaf Liquid Stevia
- 1/2 cup cacao nibs
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1.25 cup blanched almond flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Line a 8 x 8 baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add all ingredients except cacao nibs to a food processor and process until batter is smooth.
- Pour batter into baking pan. Top with cacao nibs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
