Mini Honey Oat Banana Bread

I think we can all agree that banana bread is simply the BEST!

Breakfast, snack, dessert… it just works for any time of the day.

This loaf is sweetened with raw honey, a lower glycemic sweetener to refined sugar which some purported immunity-boosting properties. Oats and whole wheat pastry flour make up the base of this recipe. Oats are a whole grains so you are getting those good B vitamins that support digestion and metabolism as well as FIBER.

Serve this loaf with some creamy nut butter to balance it out with some protein and healthy fats.

What you’ll need:

egg 

coconut oil

raw honey

banana, mashed

cashew milk

baking soda

salt

cinnamon

whole wheat pasty flour

rolled oats
