A colorful, nutrient-packed, delish accompaniment to pita chips, proteins or even roasted veggies. Having this on hand is an easy way to add color to your plate and up the nutrition.

More colors = more phytonutrients

Color of produce is indicative of plant pigment and phytonutrient antioxidants that fight free radicals in the body and may help slow down the aging process. 

After a long winter, I am craving bright, colorful, bold and fresh. This salsa checks all those boxes.
