Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Squares
Ingredients
- 1 apple, diced
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cup oats
- 8 oz. milk
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup applesauce, unsweetened
Instructions
- Process 1 cup of oats into flour in a food processor, then combine all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl by hand.
- Transfer to a lined bread pan and bake for 25-30 min at 350 F. Double recipe if using an 8 x 8 pan.
Blueberry Walnut Breakfast Squares
Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cup oats
- 8 oz. milk
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
Instructions
- Process 1 cup of oats into flour in a food processor, then combine all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl by hand.

- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cup oats
- 8 oz. milk
- 3 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions
- Process 1 cup of oats into flour in a food processor, then add banana and process until combined and smooth.
- Transfer to a large mixing bowl with remaining ingredients and mix until uniform by hand.
