It’s that time of the year again. Back to school season is underway! To build a healthy lunchbox, you want to include a mix of food groups to ensure a diverse range of nutrients. Aim to include the following: protein, grains, fruits, veggies and dairy. Using that formula, you can get creative with your lunchbox offerings.
