Have you tried bloomin’ apples?
These are my latest obsession that satisfy my sweet tooth in a nutritious way. Apples are rich in filling fiber which is important for digestive health, as well as vitamin C important for immune health.
The great thing about this recipe is that is couples as a better-for-you dessert, snack or even breakfast when paired with protein-rich yogurt.
