Oat Breakfast Squares 3 Ways

Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Squares

  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cup oats
  • 8 oz. milk
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup applesauce, unsweetened
  1. Process 1 cup of oats into flour in a food processor, then combine all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl by hand.

  2. Transfer to a lined bread pan and bake for 25-30 min at 350 F. Double recipe if using an 8 x 8 pan.

Blueberry Walnut Breakfast Squares

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cup oats
  • 8 oz. milk
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
  1. Process 1 cup of oats into flour in a food processor, then combine all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl by hand.

  2. Transfer to a lined bread pan and bake for 25-30 min at 350 F. Double recipe if using an 8 x 8 pan.

Chocolate Banana Breakfast Squares

  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cup oats
  • 8 oz. milk
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
  1. Process 1 cup of oats into flour in a food processor, then add banana and process until combined and smooth. 

  2. Transfer to a large mixing bowl with remaining ingredients and mix until uniform by hand. 

  3. Transfer to a lined bread pan and bake for 25-30 min at 350 F. Double recipe if using an 8 x 8 pan.
