This four-ingredient cocktail is the perfect way to ring in this beautiful SPRING weekend. It’s made with in-season strawberries, zesty lemon and a better-for-you soda called SIPP.
Sipp is an organic craft soda made with organic fruit and herbs, lightly sweetened with agave nectar. They have delicious flavors like Mojo Berry and Ginger Blossom which are perfect for spring! This cocktail is made with their Lemon Flower which is made with lemon, elderflower and tarragon. They are great to have on hand for the busy hostess. They can be used as a cocktail mixer or enjoyed on their own.

If you are based in Charleston, you know that spring is certainly here and we can finally sip on ice-cold drinks. I wanted to make something that was cool, refreshing, seasonal and celebratory. This cocktail checks all those boxes!

- 3 oz. light rum
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 bottle Lemon Flower Sipp, chilled
- Juice of 1 lemon
- To a blender, add rum, frozen strawberries, lemon and Lemon Flower Sipp. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into two glasses and garnish with lemon and strawberries.
