Time to fire up the grill!
Nothing says summer like GRILLING and I have the perfect complete meal to make this season: classic ranch chicken tenderloins, summer salsa and grilled zucchini with special sauce made with Hellmann’s®.
This meal checks all the boxes for a balanced meal: lean protein, fruit and veggies, plus good fats with flavor that bring this meal together.
No grill, no problem! When preparing a summer BBQ meal without a grill, I recommend using a heavy cast iron grill pan with ridges. These get super hot and hold heat well, which makes them perfect for cooking meat and veggies. A well-seasoned cast iron pan can also give your food a smoky flavor AND you don’t have to use as much fat to cook your recipes.

This special sauce recipe is made with the NEW Hellmann’s® Ketchup, which is sweetened with honey instead of high fructose corn syrup and made with only 6 real, simple ingredients.

- 1 lb. local zucchini
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- salt and pepper
- fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup Hellmann's Ketchup
- 1/2 cup Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp Maille Classic Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp relish
- Preheat grill on medium-low heat and lightly oil grate.
- Slice zucchini into thin strips and brush both sides with avocado oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook zucchini on preheated grill until beginning to brown, 3-4 minutes on each side.
- In a medium bowl, stir all special sauce ingredients together.
- Serve sauce with grilled zucchini and garnish with fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup Sir Kensington's Classic Ranch
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless market chicken tenderloins
- Preheat grill on high and lightly oil grate.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together Sir Kensington's Classic Ranch, avocado oil, lime juice and cilantro.
- Dip chicken tenderloins into oil mixture and place on a large plate.
- Sear chicken tenderloins 2 minutes on each side and continue cooking until cooked through.
- Serve chicken tenderloins with extra Sir Kensington's Classic Ranch on the side.
- 2 tbsp Hellmann's Avocado Oil with a hint of Lime Mayonnaise Dressing
- 1 cup local strawberries, diced
- 1 cup local mango, peeled and diced
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 avocados, diced
- Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
- Serve with tenderloins.
