Time to fire up the grill!
Nothing says summer like GRILLING and I have the perfect complete meal to make this season: classic ranch chicken tenderloins, summer salsa and grilled zucchini with special sauce made with Hellmann’s®.
This meal checks all the boxes for a balanced meal: lean protein, fruit and veggies, plus good fats with flavor that bring this meal together.
No grill, no problem! When preparing a summer BBQ meal without a grill, I recommend using a heavy cast iron grill pan with ridges. These get super hot and hold heat well, which makes them perfect for cooking meat and veggies. A well-seasoned cast iron pan can also give your food a smoky flavor AND you don’t have to use as much fat to cook your recipes.
