Satisfy your sweet cravings with 3-ingredinet healthy chocolate turtles


Instead of caramel, I blended together dates and pecans for the base. Pecans are the lowest carb snack nut and highest in antioxidants per serving, even more than blueberries. Then place pecans around each disk and melt chocolate on top. Fall sheet-pan meals 

It’s national seafood month and seafood a nutritious form of protein.  I love making sheet pan meal. I shared one made with Secret Island Salmon which has the Best Aquaculture Practices or BAP label certifying that the farmed seafood is responsibly produced, every rung in the production ladder is traced and certified, and the workers, the seafood, and their marine habitat are all protected. Aquaculture is one of the fastest-growing forms of food production with the potential to continue to grow responsibly, while feeding people for generations to come.  You can find BAP-certified direct from farmers  and at grocery stores across the country including Publix who has made BAP certification a part of their requirements for their farmed seafood offerings like tilapia. Shrimp is a good source of omega-3 fatty acids and provides more than 9 different vitamins and minerals including iodine which is important for thyroid function and brain.
