How to Make a No-Bread Sandwich

June 9, 2021

No-bread sandwich 101!

No bread, no problem. This sandwich has all the fixings you’d want in a traditional sandwich but without the bread. Replacing bread with romaine lettuce is an easy way to lower the calories and carbohydrates without compromising on the main event (the fillings!).

Making a no bread sandwich is easier than you may think. All you need is a head of romaine lettuce and a sharp knife to bring it to life. Romaine is a nutrient-dense leafy green that adds fiber, vitamin C and beta-carotene antioxidants to this sammie plus craveable crunch.
