Happy, happy Halloween!
What are y’all dressing as? This month has absolutely flown by and I can’t believe it is already October 31.
Halloween has always been one of my favorites since I was a little girl. Usually I had 2-3 costumes each years – one I could wear at school and a few different ones for Halloween night. Am I the only one? (haha).
Something about dressing up, the fun decorations and pumpkin carving get’s me so excited. Not to mention, haunted houses (I love them).
Now I celebrate Halloween just a little bit differently and seasonal cocktails are always in order!
I shared these on CBS Savannah last week in my healthier halloween segments. Did you catch it? You can watch the segment here if you missed it.
These are so easy to make in a pinch especially with last minute entertaining. I used in-season fruit, vodka and Sipp sparkling craft soda made with fruit and herbs. Sipp recently reformulated their products to cut the calorie and sugar content in half. They are a better-for-you soda swap and great to have on hand for the busy hostess.
If you make this, be sure to share with me on Instagram!
- 1/2 granny smith apple, chopped
- 1/2 gala apple, chopped
- 1/2 orange cut into small pieces
- 1 lime, cut into quarters
- 3 oz. vodka
- 1 Sipp Sparkling Zesty Orange
- fresh thyme
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail mixer and shake.
- Divide into two glasses and garnish each with fruit and fresh thyme.
