Cocoa PB Banana Cups
- 1/2 cup PB
- 1 cup cup mini dark chocolate chips
- 1 packet Cocoavia
- 1 banana
- Place 8 silicon muffin cups on a baking sheet.
- Melt chocolate and whisk in Cocoavia until incorporated. Spoon two tablespoons into each muffin cup and freeze for 10 min.
- Warm PB on the stovetop or in the microwave for 15 sec until liquid consistency. Spoon one tablespoon on top of the chocolate cups. Top each cup with sliced banana and freeze until set.
