Dried Fruit Snacks and Snacking Veggies

For produce, I shared  convenient dried fruit snacks by Fruit for Thought. Dried fruit has the same vitamins, minerals and fiber as whole fruit, just the water has been removed. I love these for kids  because they have no added sugar or any other ingredients.

Keeping parents energized

We can’t forget parents during the busy back to school season so I shared a  better for you energy drink called CELSIU Swhich has zero calories, sugar, or artificial ingredients and is it’s infused with 7 essential vitamins. It was designed to help provide sustained energy without the crash or jittersA ND to help you burn more calories during a workout. We know that exercise is important for both physical and mental health, which is important this busy time of year.
