It’s here! My healthy home round-up is now live that I have been working hard on it for the past three months. If you watched my segment this morning, you know I covered everything from home organization, to better sleep to creating a stress-free living space. Here are my tips summarized:
Home products that promote healthy eating habits
The Container Store: The Container Store has everything you need to keep all areas of your home organized especially your pantry. I especially love the airtight POP containers for storing nuts and whole grain. You can get these during their kitchen sale which is now live starting this week through the beginning of April. I also love their iDesign products that are functional, simple storage solutions for the inside of your fridge and drawers. I love using their kitchen bins to divide up my produce, condiments, meat and dairy.
GreenPan Ceramic Nonstick Cookware: The GreenPan is my cookware of choice when it comes to stir-frys and oatmeal. They’re made with a toxin-free ceramic nonstick coating – so they are easy to clean and because they are nonstick, you don’t have to use as much oil in your cooking.
Delta Faucet: The faucets is equipped with a Touch2O technology. A simple touch anywhere on the spout or handle will start and stop the flow of water, which keeps your faucet cleaner.
Breville Oracle Touch Coffee Machine: One fun fact is that Americans get more antioxidants from coffee than any other dietary source. With the Breville Oracle Touch super automatic coffee maker – you can adjust coffee strength, milk temperatures and create and save up to 8 personalized coffees.
Berkey Water Filter System:The Berkey water filter provides the ultimate waterborne contamination removal. It allows you to utilize any outside natural water and transform it into a pure, great tasting drinking water.
Home products that promote a more restful night’s sleep
