Typically when we think of Thanksgiving, we think of pumpkin and pecan pie. Why not switch it up this year with in-season apples? This dessert is only made with five ingredients and comes together in minutes. Plus it’s a great way to use leftover apples if you went apple-picking this fall.
Apples are a good source of filling fiber, vitamin C important for immune health and prebiotic fibers which support gut health.
