4-ingredient feel-good mini bagels!
If you are a bagel lover looking for a more whole good option, then this recipe is for you! Made with pasture-raised eggs, extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar and the Simple Mills Artisan Baking Mix made with almond flour, arrowroot, flax meal, tapioca starch, sea salt and baking soda.
Make these for a fun better brunch option or simply make on Sunday to enjoy throughout the week.
All you need is a donut pan and four simple ingredients!
Feel free to get creative with nutrient-dense whole food toppings of choice. Some of my favorites include avocado, smoked salmon, radish & fresh dill.

4-Ingredient Grain-Free Mini Bagels
- 1 box Simple Mills Artisan Bread Baking Mix
- 2 pasture-raised eggs
- 1/2 cup ACV
- 1/4 cup EVOO
- 1 cup water
- Optional: everything bagel seasoning, sesame seeds, poppy seeds.Toppings of choice: smoked salmon, almond cream “cheese”, fresh dill, capers, pasture-raised eggs, no added sugar almond butter, cinnamon, radish, tomato, cucumber etc.
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Combine Simple Mills Artisan Bread Baking Mix, eggs, acv, EVOO and water until combined and transfer to a pre-greased donut pan. Top with seeds/seasoning of choice.
- Bake for 20 min and allow to cool before slicing.
