These are 10 things I am loving at Trader Joe’s!

  1. Baby cauliflower: Elevate your stir-fry with baby cauliflower. Entirely edible from flower to stem, baby cauliflower adds unique texture and subtle sweetness to dishes similar to broccolini.
  2. Pummelos: If you like grapefruit but want something a little sweeter and less bitter, try a pummelo – the largest of the citrus fruits and a good source of vitamin C.
  3. Cauliflower pizza crust: Elevate your personal pizza at home with this cauliflower pizza crust that has 120 calories and 4 grams of carbs made with cauliflower, eggs, cheese, yeast and seasonings.
  4. Nutritional yeast: If you want to add cheesy flavor to recipes without the dairy, try nutritional yeast, also one of the only plant-based sources of vitamin b12.
  5. Date syrup: this date syrup is perfect for naturally sweetening baked goods – made with 100% dates.
