Miso Ginger Veggie Dumpling Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Chicken Cilantro Mini Dumplings
  • 2 cups shredded carrots
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 2 cups chopped bok choy
  • 3 cups miso ginger broth
  • Optional for topping: green onion and crunchy chili onion

Instructions
 

  • Place the dumplings and veggies in a steamer basket and steam for 8–10 minutes or until the dumplings are heated through and the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl.
  • Warm the broth in a small saucepan on the stovetop and pour over the dumplings and vegetables.
