Crispy Cod Tacos

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box breaded cod fillets
  • 1 southwestern salad kit
  • 8-10 mini flour tortillasĀ 
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro dressing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Place the cod on a baking sheet and bake for 18 to 22 minutes or until crispy and fully cooked through.
  • Warm the mini flour tortillas in a dry skillet for 20 to 30 seconds per side or microwave wrapped in a damp paper towel for about 20 seconds.
  • Toss the Southwestern salad kit.
  • Place the cod in the tortilla with the salad and a drizzle of dressing then serve.
