These 80+ degree temps call for cooling off in the most FUN way possible: hydrating, electrolyte-replenishing red, white & blue coconut water popsicles!
Made with fiber- and antioxidant-rich blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and potassium- and electrolyte-rich coconut water.
If you are scrambling to put together a fun, healthy and delicious Memorial Day menu that the whole fam will enjoy – you MUST add these.
They are made with Amy & Brian Coconut Water which come in unique flavors from original to lime, cinnamon and grape. All are made from young green Thai coconuts and flavored with spices (no added sugar or preservatives).
I also recommend coconut water to my clients for post workout recovery because of the natural high levels of potassium and electrolytes. Not to mention, it also makes for an excellent natural hangover cure!
I used these popsicle molds from Amazon but I have also seen them at Homegoods, Target and Bed Bath & Beyond.
Tune into Good Food Friday this week on ABC WCIV Lowcountry Live for more Memorial Day menu swaps and fun patriotic recipes!
