Sweet and Spicy Beef Noodles

organic grass-fed ground beef

bag
bok choy, chopped

soyaki sauce

crunchy chili onion
Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook for 5–6 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks, until browned.
Add the noodles and 2 cups water directly to the skillet. Cover and cook for 5 minutes, tossing halfway through, until the noodles begin to soften.
dd the bok choy, cover, and cook for 1–2 more minutes, until wilted.
Stir in the Soyaki sauce and cook for another 1–2 minutes, until everything is heated through and well coated.
Divide into bowls and top with Chili Onion Crunch. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
