Sweet and Spicy Beef Noodles

Ingredients
  

  • 2 packs squiggly noodles
  • 1 lb organic grass-fed ground beef
  • 1 bag bok choy, chopped
  • 1/2 cup soyaki sauce
  • 2-4 tsp  crunchy chili onion

Instructions
 

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook for 5–6 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks, until browned.
  • Add the noodles and 2 cups water directly to the skillet. Cover and cook for 5 minutes, tossing halfway through, until the noodles begin to soften.
  • dd the bok choy, cover, and cook for 1–2 more minutes, until wilted.
  • Stir in the Soyaki sauce and cook for another 1–2 minutes, until everything is heated through and well coated.
  • Divide into bowls and top with Chili Onion Crunch. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
