red onion

SUNSET® Flavor BOMBS® tomatoes

avocado, diced

lime
salt and pepper to taste
Optional for serving: chopped cilantro
Instructions
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the corn and cook for 5–7 minutes, until tender. Let cool slightly, then slice the kernels off the cob.
Slice the tomatoes and dice the red onion and avocado.
In a large bowl, toss together the corn, tomatoes, red onion, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
Top with avocado and cilantro, if using.
