Savory French Toast

Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices bread
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp parsley flakes
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, parmesan, parsley, salt and pepper.
  • Coat the bread in the egg mixture and drop into an oiled pan. Cook on both sides for about 2 minutes or until golden.
  • Serve with your savory toppings of choice.
