Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, parmesan, parsley, salt and pepper.
Coat the bread in the egg mixture and drop into an oiled pan. Cook on both sides for about 2 minutes or until golden.
Serve with your savory toppings of choice.
