Ingredients
  

  • 2 apples, sliced
  • 1/4 cup almond flour, blanched
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp pure refined coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Toss apples with cinnamon in a large mixing bowl and add to a pre-greased skillet. Bake for 10 minutes.?
  • Crumble together almond flour, maple syrup and coconut oil with your hands and sprinkle on top of the apples. Cook for another 10 minutes. Serve with ice cream or yogurt.?
