Pulled Pork Tacos

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package of Just Meats Pulled Pork
  • 2 cups coleslaw lettuce
  • 2 limes
  • 1 medium avocado, mashed
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook the meat according to package instructions.
  • In a medium bowl, toss together the coleslaw with the juice of 1 lime, salt and pepper.
  • In another bowl, combine the avocado, sour cream, juice of one lime and salt and pepper.
  • Warm the tortillas in a skillet until soft and plate your tacos.
