cashew butter

unsweetened applesauce

baking powder

no added sugar strawberry jam

flax eggs (2 Tbsp flaxseed meal + 5 Tbsp water)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Combine wet and dry ingredients separately then together into a uniform batter. Divide batter among lined or pre-greased muffin tin wells filling each three-fourths full.
Bake for 15-18 minutes.
