Holiday Oat Cookies 6 ways

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Quaker old fashioned oats, ground into flour
  • 1  banana, mashed

Raspberry Chia Jam Thumbprint cookies

  • 1/2 cup cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Snowball cookies

  • 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp chopped pecans

Reindeer cookies

  • 4 no added sugar dried cranberries
  • 8 dark chocolate chips
  • 8 small pretzels

Gingerbread cookies

  • 1 tsp molasses
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/8 tsp allspice

Chocolate peppermint cookies

  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp crushed candy cane

Orange Cranberry cookies

  • 1 tbsp no added sugar dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 1 tbsp no added sugar orange juice

Instructions
 

  •  Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Mix together oat flour, banana and add-ins *until uniform. Divide batter into 4 cookies, place on a pre-greased baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes.

Notes

*If making reindeer cookies, add ingredients after placing cookie batter on the baking sheet.
* If making raspberry chia jam thumbprint cookies, cook raspberries and chia seeds in a small saucepan on the stovetop over medium heat until thickened. Place cookies on a baking sheet, make a thumbprint in the center of each and add jam.
